Position: Bilingual Customer Service/Collections Representative - HVC 07.13.2026 CF

As a Collection Associate you will be responsible for assisting consumers to resolve their accounts in a manner that is ethical, legal, professional, timely, and transparent. To succeed, you should enjoy a fast‑paced, dynamic, customer service and deadline‑oriented environment.

Qualifications
  • At least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 9+ months of work history (customer service experience preferred)
  • Computer and typing skills required
  • Excellent attendance
  • Self‑starter with great attention to detail
  • Customer service mindset
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong work ethic

Schedule and Compensation

Full‑time (40 hr): 4 days of either 7 AM–4 PM or 8 AM–5 PM, and 1 day of 11 AM–8 PM. Part‑time schedule available. Base wage $15.00–$16.00 per hour plus commissions. Commissions can pay between $300 and $600 per month for meeting goals.

Benefits and Training

CBE provides 3 weeks of paid training, no call center experience required. Day shift available for full‑time work, flexible schedule for part‑time work.
