Position Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service/Collections Agent to work full-time or part-time. The role is available as of Monday, July 13, 2026. The schedule includes full‑time options of 40 hours per week (4 days of either 7AM–4PM or 8AM–5PM, plus 1 day of 11AM–8PM). Part‑time flexible schedules are also available.
Responsibilities- Assist consumers in resolving their accounts in an ethical, legal, professional, timely, and transparent manner.
- Meet productivity and call quality standards as set by the company.
- Achieve schedule adherence and compliance expectations.
- Use sound judgment and problem‑solving skills to recommend solutions.
- Maintain excellent attendance and a self‑starter, detail‑oriented mindset.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Engage in continuous learning to integrate new processes and information.
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 9+ months of work history, with customer service experience preferred.
- Computer and typing skills required.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Strong bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
- Adaptable to a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment.
CBE provides three weeks of paid training and offers 100% paid call‑center training; no prior experience required.
Base wage: $15.00–$16.00 per hour plus commissions. Commissions may range from $300–$600 per month if individual and department goals are met.
Full‑time employment also includes standard benefits. Part‑time employees may receive a prorated benefit package.
