Collection Associate

As a Collection Associate you will assist consumers to resolve their accounts in a manner that is ethical, legal, professional, timely, and transparent.

• Full‑time (40hrs) with flexible shift options: 4 days of 7AM‑4PM or 8AM‑5PM, and 1 day of 11AM‑8PM.

• Base wage: $14.00–$15.00 per hour.
• Commission: $300–$600 per month based on individual and departmental goals.

• Three weeks of paid training (no call center experience required).
• Commission opportunities.
• Benefits normally provided with full‑time employment (detailed upon hire).

• At least 18years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 9months of work history (customer service experience preferred).
• Computer and typing skills required.
• Excellent attendance.
• Self‑starter with great attention to detail.
• Customer‑service mindset.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong work ethic.
• Competitive spirit and unrelenting drive to be the best.
• Ability to learn new information and integrate processes.
• Achieve schedule adherence and compliance expectations.
• Meet productivity and call quality standards as set by the company.
• Problem‑solving skills and ability to recommend solutions.
