Customer Experience Representative

The Customer Experience Representative role provides an opportunity for someone who enjoys a challenge, finding solutions, and is fulfilled by helping others. The role serves as a primary contact for Input Finance customers and supports other teams within the department, allowing involvement in the Customer Experience from start to finish.

As a Customer Experience Representative you will be successful by being a great communicator. The key purpose is to solve problems and listen to the customer's needs. It is important to multitask and prioritize when things are busy, and to work as a team player.

The Customer Experience Representative supports the Relationship Managers, Field Finance Representatives, and Customers of RAF’s Input Finance department. The role serves as the primary contact for customers of Input Finance, assists RMs in the annual selling and retention efforts of strategic accounts, and provides exemplary service and support to Input Finance’s field sales force, strategic accounts, and their distribution partners as a process expert who diagnoses and resolves a wide range of potential issues.

• Provide the best possible customer service and work strategically to achieve Input Finance goals.
• Assist the RMs and Field Finance Reps in uncovering and understanding potential marketing and communication opportunities a specific account may present.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert and demonstrate the knowledge and willingness to provide the best possible service.
• Communicate with customers effectively and seek additional information for clarification.
• Serve as first point of contact for Input Finance field sales staff, strategic accounts and their distribution partners concerning day‑to‑day matters.

• Associate’s Degree with 2+ years of experience or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Computer proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel required; other IS skills and report‑writing skills are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to conduct business and present to customers over the phone or in person.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.

Target hiring range: $45,000.00 to $60,000.00. The position pays within this range, subject to compensation plans and policies. Full‑time regular positions include all standard benefits.
