The CBE Group, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service/Collections Agent in Cedar Falls, IA for an in‑office role with 40 hours/week. Flexible full‑time schedule: four days 7 AM–4 PM or 8 AM–5 PM and one day 11 AM–8 PM, training provided.
You will help consumers resolve accounts ethically and promptly, while meeting productivity and call quality standards. Compensation includes a base wage plus commissions, with hourly pay ranging from $14.00 to $15.00 and opportunities for additional earnings.
