The University of Northern Iowa (UNI) is hiring a Child Development Specialist to join its Child Development Center team in Cedar Falls. The ideal candidate will plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum tailored to individual and group needs of children. Responsibilities include engaging with parents, conducting conferences, and supervising student assistants.
A Bachelor's degree in education or a related field, along with CPR and First Aid certifications, is required. Previous experience in childcare is preferred. Occasional work outside regular hours may be necessary.
