Primary Function: Provides substitute coverage in an early childhood education setting by implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities that support the learning, development, and well-being of individual children and small and large groups; maintains a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that meets the needs of all learners, including children who are dual language learners and children with disabilities; supports positive communication with families and staff;

follows established classroom routines and program policies; and assists in supervising children and supporting classroom personnel as needed.

Bachelor's degree plus current CPR, First Aid, Mandatory Reporter, Universal Precautions (OSHA), and Essential Child Care Training certifications or ability to acquire certification within 90 days of hire. Occasional work outside of normal hours will be necessary.

Childcare experience. Student experience will be considered.
