Learning & Talent Specialist

Sci Play is a leader in mobile gaming, and we bring that same creativity to how we develop our people. We’re looking for a Learning & Talent Specialist who loves building practical learning experiences and making talent programs run smoothly.

* Qualifications:

** Strong writing and content-building skills (clear, practical, manager-friendly) Familiarity with an LMS (Workday Learning is a plus) and using data to tell a simple story Facilitation experience, learning analytics familiarity (SCORM/xAPI), or experience supporting performance/talent reviews or organizational and talent development initiatives.
