Provide customer service, including order entry, order assistance, and website support via web chat, phone calls, or internal communication.

• Provide customer support via web chat, phone and/or email.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and recording keeping regarding e‑Commerce sales.
• Assist sales representatives in expediting and follow‑up of orders.
• Assist with incoming customer calls by directing them to the appropriate individual or department needed to resolve problems or complaints.
• Provide support to the sales staff in an effort to give customers the best possible quality and service.
• Maintain quality responsibility:
  Provide error‑free work to internal and external customers as related to the output of the position.

• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook.
• Experience with an ERP system preferred.
• Able to work in a high‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• 2‑ or 4‑year degree, or equivalent experience, required.
• Speak conversational English.

• Ability to lift 20 lbs. as needed.
• Ability to bend, stand, climb, twist and stoop for extended periods of time.
• Ability to perform sedentary work including sitting for extended periods of time.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment.
• Have good vision of 20/30 with corrective lenses.
• Ability to maintain coordination of hand and finger movements to grasp and manipulate objects with precision.
• Travel as needed to accomplish desired results; overnight travel may be required occasionally.

Subject to conditions that occur indoors and outdoors, including but not limited to exposure to changing temperatures, loud noises, vibration from use of equipment, and other hazards such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, electrical current, chemical exposure, fumes, odors, dust, mist, gases or poor ventilation. Oils and cutting fluids may also be present.
