Position Summary: Provide customer service, to include order entry, order assistance, and web site support, via web chat, phone calls, or internal communication.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via web chat,phoneand/or email.
• Assistin the preparation of reports and recording keepingregardingE-Commerce sales.
• Assist sales representatives in expediting andfollow ‑ upof orders.
• Assist with incoming customer calls by directing them to the appropriate individualor department needed to resolve problems or complaints.
• Provide support to the sales staff initseffort to give customers the best possible quality and service.
• Quality Responsibility:
  Responsible for providing error-free work to all internal and external customers as related to the output of their position.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook.
• Experience with ERP system, preferred.
• Able to work in a high-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• 2- or 4-year degree, or equivalent experience,required.
• Speak conversational English.

Physical Requirements

• A bility to lift 20 lbs. as needed.
• Ability to bend, stand, climb,twistand stoop for extended periods of time.
• Ability to perform sedentaryworkincluding sitting for extended periods of time.
• Ability tooperatestandard office equipment.
• Havegoodvision of 20/30 with corrective lenses.
• Ability tomaintaincoordination of hand and finger movements to grasp and manipulate objects with precision.
• Travel as needed toaccomplishdesired results. Overnight travel may berequiredoccasionally.
