Shift: 40 hours/week, Variable from Mon-Thur 7-6p;
Fri 7-4pm
We're seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team! In this role, you'll provideoccupational therapy evaluation and treatmenttooutpatients while implementing and improvingoccupationaltherapyservices.

Responsibilities- Evaluates and treats patients in need of occupational therapy services andparticipatesin and provides all necessary components of this responsibility including completion of proper evaluation, creation of a treatment plan,and completion of treatment sessions per established treatment plans
- Producesappropriate documentation and billing incompliance with allthird partypayor and regulatory guidelines
- Providesoversite and supervision of certified occupational therapist assistants and other support personnel
- Completes appropriate communication with all patients, caregivers, fellow staff, and referring providers/clinicians
Education:
- Graduate of accredited educational program in occupational therapy is required
- Master's degree is preferred
Experience:
- 1 year of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist is preferred
License(s)/Certification(s):
- Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Iowa as defined in the Iowa Occupational Therapy Regulation and Practice Act
- BLS Certification
- Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons
