** to join our mission-driven therapy team. In this role, you’ll empower residents to regain independence and enhance their quality of life through individualized therapy interventions. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while serving adult and geriatric populations within our supportive continuum of care environment.
* Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
* Active (or eligible) Iowa Occupational Therapy license.
* Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
* Professional judgment and problem-solving ability.
