Our Mission When our founder's parents developed dementia, she decided to drop everything and take care of them full-time. She doesn't want other families to feel under the same burden. We understand that caring for those most in need in our community lifts a huge burden.

Our Ideal Candidate We're seeking compassionate individuals for caregiving roles. We offer a robust training program for both experienced and new caregivers. Job Responsibilities Companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation

Medication reminders, running errands, transportation to appointments

Assisting with activities of daily living and in some cases specialized Alzheimer’s/Dementia care

Requirements

Treat clients with dignity and respect

Effective communication skills(IN ANY FIELD, INCLUDING HOMEMAKER) - Minimum of 10 years work experience

Valid driver's license and auto insurance (If applicable)
Compliance with State of Iowa's regulations, DMV check, and drug screening.
