Join Jack Henry’s Card Services team, where innovation meets collaboration in the fast-paced world of card payments. As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, you ll play a strategic role in shaping next-generation payment solutions while enjoying a culture that values expertise, flexibility, and growth. In this role, you will lead functional design meetings and transform complex business needs into clear, actionable specifications.

Acting as a trusted liaison between customers, developers, QA, and product managers, you ll ensure seamless communication and drive business process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer experience. You will create comprehensive documentation, including acceptance criteria, client test scenarios, and end-user materials, while supporting testing efforts such as application, system, and regression testing to validate solutions.

This position is a hybrid role requiring at least 2 days per week in any of the following office locations:
Allen, TX, Birmingham, AL, Cedar Falls, IA, Charlotte, NC, Lenexa, KS, Louisville, KY, Monett, MO, Springfield, MO.

The target salary range for this position is $80,550 - $120,000, based on experience and location.

• Interacts with customers to gather system requirements.
• Defines the system and functional requirements of the product.
• Prepares business requirements and functional specifications.
• Serves as a resource and/or participant in business process re‐design activities. Assists the customer in determining if and how system enhancements may improve process flow and business function.
• May perform application, system and regression tests.
• Responsible for creating business requirements and system documentation, as well as contributing to end‐user and project management documentation.
• Works with quality assurance and programming teams to ensure changes are migrated into production correctly.
• Interacts with technical teams to convey business requirements.
• Works with industry research groups to prepare for product trends.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

• Must have experience as a Business Analyst and or Product Owner.
• Minimum of 6 years of combination experience in any of the following categories: software/system implementation, debit/credit card email customer service , software business analyst, and or card services industry experience.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must have experience facilitating, discussing, and leading business process design.
