Technical Product Manager II - Enterprise Solutions; EPS

• Direct, design, and implement a comprehensive product management strategy for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production and release.
• Create and maintain the product vision/roadmap; direct those involved in the design, modification, and evaluation of all phases of a specific product or group of products from product definition through production and release.
• Oversee interaction with other internal organizations such as development, quality, marketing, etc. as the product(s) move to completion.
• Ensure that products meet specifications and quality goals, and formulate and execute long‑term plans for cost/profit control.
• Manage accurate tracking of product adoption statistics by the customer base and translate feedback into enhancement recommendations.
• Serve as a resource within the user community (e.g., focus groups, customer fact‑finding, etc.).
• Promote use of new technologies and industry‑leading trends in product management activities.
• Review alpha and beta program definitions and oversee execution.
• Oversee smooth turnover to implementation or support organizations, including planning, training, hand‑off, and rollout of marketing plans/campaigns.
• Provide resources for standard demonstrations and occasional participation in customer demonstrations, and support to internal sales.
• Promote investigation and application of new technologies and industry trends to product management activities.
• Present to internal and external stakeholders as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 18 months of product leadership or product management experience within the digital banking or payments industry.
• Experience with technical documentation within the product or software development lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in the credit card / merchant services industry preferred.
• Knowledge or prior work with the Jack Henry EPS platforms.
• Excellent communication, customer interaction, decision‑making, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of development and design for products in the financial industry.
• Agile/scrum experience.
• Excellent knowledge of research procedures concerning development of new technologies.
• Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in coordinating people and resources.
• Strong knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of technical product management as it applies to the organization.
• Ability to direct, design and implement product strategy from definition through release.
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and handle multiple and complex projects.
• Ability to use independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload.
