Job SummaryWe are seeking an energetic, motivated, focused professional to join our team as a full-time Office Manager. In this leadership role, you’ll guide us in our mission: to provide high-quality eye care by connecting with and teaching our patients so they can see the moments that matter. As the Office Manager, you set the tone for both patient and team interactions.

ResponsibilitiesMission, Vision & Core Values
- Champion the organization’s mission, vision, and core values through daily actions, team leadership, and patient interactions.
- Foster a culture where these principles are consistently lived out by the team.
- Manage daily staffing, scheduling, time-off, and payroll reporting.
- Lead daily huddles, weekly 1:1s, and monthly team meetings to maintain alignment, accountability, and engagement.
- Oversee onboarding and ongoing training for new and current team members; support career growth and development.
- Provide timely feedback and coaching based on tracked KRAs and performance observations.
- Promote team engagement through culture-building efforts, 1:1s, and feedback tools like Entre Leadership reviews.
- Support hiring and onboarding efforts as directed by Operations.
- Prepare and conduct annual performance reviews using documented insights throughout the year.
- Ensure a welcoming, professional environment that reflects our core values at every patient touchpoint.
- Monitor patient feedback and satisfaction surveys; lead improvements based on insights.
- Ensure efficient scheduling, minimal wait times, and seamless communication throughout the patient journey.
Practice Operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully functional office environment.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, equipment maintenance, and mail logistics.
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Decision-Making & Problem Solving
- Make thoughtful, values-based decisions that support patients, the team, and organizational success.
- Proactively resolve operational and team-related challenges.
- Process invoices, manage receipt tracking, and ensure timely upload to Quick Books.
- Perform daily reconciliations and handle bank deposits.
- Monitor supply and engagement budgets to support sound financial decisions.

Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5 years of experience in team leadership, office management, or operations-preferably in a healthcare, dental, or patient-facing environment.
- Proven experience managing staff scheduling, payroll, and operational logistics.
- Strong understanding of customer service and patient experience best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour
