** r oversees daily store operations to achieve or

* * sales and margin goals. This involves promoting sales, delivering excellent customer service,
** nurturing
* * inventory levels, and
** balancing
* * expenses through purchase
** supporting**. Additionally, the Branch Manager

* Provide professional customer service for all internal and external customers and call-in product, pricing, and technical inquiries.
* ** Support

* ** Support the flow of
** accurate and timely daily processing of financial transactions, including cash reports, charge tickets, coding, costing, pricing, daily cash summaries, and bank deposits.

* * the accuracy of back order, open order, and Purchase Order (PO) expedite reports.
* ** Cultivate and refine
** appropriate cylinder and hard goods inventory levels for the branch.
* ** Facilitate and lead
** training for inside sales associates on product knowledge, company policies, processes, procedures, and safety,
** ensuring the confidence that
** all associates can
** perform
* * essential branch functions.
* Conduct periodic performance reviews for branch associates.
* Act as a
** bridge
* * between employees and management,
** providing performance mentorship

* Required Qualifications:

* ** High school diploma
** or equivalent.
* Strong prioritization and
** organizational skills**.
* Customer-facing or
** retail experience.
*** Experience
** guiding, supporting, or leading teams**.
* ** Reliability
* * and strong personal organization.
* ** Proven managerial experience in a customer-facing environment, coupled with demonstrated expertise in Profit and Loss (P&L) management and the strategic use of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive performance.
*** Background in supporting and leading teams within a
** retail or industrial distribution environment.
*** Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and occasionally up to 125 lbs with the aid of material handling equipment.
* ** Proficient
* * computer skills and an interest in learning new digital tools.
** The ability to navigate
** multiple priorities concurrently
* ** Self-motivate
** d with a focus on contributing to the overall team's success.
* ** Excellent
* * verbal and written communication skills to effectively act as a bridge between staff and management.

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Bachelor Degree in related field.
* 5+ years’ experience in sales with a
** track record of meaningful contributions and experience in the welding industry**.
* Experience with
** inventory cultivation
** and
** vendor relationship
** support.
* Computer experience or basic knowledge of
** SAP**.
