Registered Nurse; RN Skilled Lead

The RN Skilled Lead Management Nurse will work closely with patients/residents, hospitals, physicians, families, and:

• Complete daily skilled assessments
• Assist in the medication pass
• Treatments and IVs
• Note orders
• Process admissions and discharges
• Provide supervision and direction to staff
• Assist with staffing emergencies

This role will have a set schedule of 12-hour shifts and a regular weekend and/or holiday rotation. Schedules available:

• 6:30 AM to 7 PM - No weekends and every 3rd holiday
  • Mon Tue Fri wk1, Mon Tue wk2 - 60 hours
  • Wed Thu wk1, Wed Thu Fri wk2 - 60 hours
• 6:30 AM to 7 PM - Sat Sun every other weekend and every 3rd holiday (Part-time)
• 6:30 AM to 7 PM - 2nd weekend Sat Sun 2 days (24 hours, NO HOLIDAY, Part-time)
• 6:30 PM to 7 AM - No weekends and every 3rd holiday
  • Mon Tue Fri wk1, Mon Tue wk2 - 60 hours
  • Wed Thu wk1, Wed Thu wk2 - 60 hours

We need:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) - licensed to work in Iowa
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Experience working in post-acute and rehabilitation environments. Dementia training preferred
• Experience with PCC a plus
