Earl May Nursery and Garden Centers is looking for a full-time Store Manager for our Cedar Falls, Iowa, location. Previous management experience and plant knowledge required. Outside sales and landscape design is a definite plus!
Position Requirements- previous management experience
- horticulture knowledge
- motivated, self-starter with a positive attitude
- have high energy and a positive attitude
- have excellent interpersonal skills
- be a people person
- have a strong work ethic
- have strong decision-making and leadership skills
- be sales-driven
- have previous experience working in a retail or service environment
- be able to lift 50 pounds
- have a valid driver's license
- be able to work variable hours/shifts
