Sales Specialist

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, understanding individual insurance needs, and providing tailored coverage solutions. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, responding to customer inquiries, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional products. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, meeting sales goals, and collaborating with the team to enhance customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cedar Falls, IA, requiring regular office hours and a customer-centric mindset.

Role is salary+ commission.

• Proficiency in sales techniques, customer relationship management, and building rapport with clients
• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend relevant insurance products
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with sales or CRM software
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and work in a target-driven environment
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Relevant sales or insurance experience is preferred
• Licensing for insurance sales or the ability to obtain applicable licenses in a timely manner
