Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Health and Life Insurance Sales Agent, based in Cedar Falls, IA. The Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying client needs, offering tailored health and life insurance solutions, and maintaining professional relationships with clients. Responsibilities include conducting policy consultations, evaluating options for individual and group plans, maintaining industry knowledge of health and life insurance products, and delivering exceptional customer service to clients.

The agent will also collaborate with team members to manage new and existing accounts and meet sales goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Proficient knowledge of health and life insurance products, particularly in Individual, Medicare, Small & Large Group, and Life & Annuity markets
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening and client‑focused interactions
  • Organizational and time management abilities, including handling multiple client accounts and meeting deadlines
  • Working knowledge of insurance regulations and the ability to stay updated on industry changes
  • Proficiency with sales software and tools is a plus
  • Licensed health and life insurance agent or ability to obtain the necessary licenses
  • Experience in health and life insurance sales is preferred, but not required
