EssentialJob Duties
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with assigned customer base
- Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of IT solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop new business with existing clients and identify area of improvement
- Conduct quarterly onsite meetings with assigned customers to provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives with management and clients
- Prepare and review reports on account status with customers
- Collaborate with engineers and operations to identify and grow opportunities within your client base
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Prepare and present proposals for products and service offerings
- Document customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints or comments including actions taken
- Preferred experience in customer service, education in Information Technology or understanding in IT; some sales experience helpful
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Problem analysis and resolution at both strategic and functional level
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective collaboration with senior-level executives and ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills, good judgment, and ability to communicate with diverse individuals
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong customer support orientation with professional demeanor and confidentiality
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Job Type: Full‑time
Base Pay: $50,000.00
Potential Commission: up to $160,000 per year
