Essential

Job Duties
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with assigned customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of IT solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Develop new business with existing clients and identify area of improvement
  • Conduct quarterly onsite meetings with assigned customers to provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives with management and clients
  • Prepare and review reports on account status with customers
  • Collaborate with engineers and operations to identify and grow opportunities within your client base
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Prepare and present proposals for products and service offerings
  • Document customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints or comments including actions taken
Qualifications
  • Preferred experience in customer service, education in Information Technology or understanding in IT; some sales experience helpful
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Problem analysis and resolution at both strategic and functional level
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective collaboration with senior-level executives and ability to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills, good judgment, and ability to communicate with diverse individuals
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong customer support orientation with professional demeanor and confidentiality
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Job Type: Full‑time

Base Pay: $50,000.00

Potential Commission: up to $160,000 per year
