Overview

Seamless Exterior is looking for a proven roofing sales leader who knows how to build, lead, and scale high-performing sales teams. This is a leadership role for someone who has already run a sales-driven organization and understands how to recruit, train, and lead top producers in the high-ticket residential roofing industry. You will have the opportunity to build your own team, drive aggressive revenue growth, and create a high-performance sales culture.

This is not a mid-level management role. We are looking for a leader who thrives in a competitive, results-driven environment and wants to build something significant.

Responsibilities
  • Build and Lead the Sales Organization
    • Recruit, hire, and develop top-producing roofing sales professionals
    • Build teams focused on high-ticket residential roofing sales
    • Create a performance-driven culture built on accountability and results
  • Drive Revenue Growth
    • Lead the team to exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
    • Improve close rates and overall sales performance
    • Implement systems and processes that scale production
  • Develop Sales Talent
    • Coach and mentor sales representatives to maximize performance
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and leadership meetings
    • Identify and develop future leaders within the organization
  • Sales Strategy & Operations
    • Help lead regional sales strategy and expansion
    • Monitor sales metrics, pipeline, and forecasting
    • Improve operational efficiency and sales systems
Who This Role Is For

We are looking for a builder and leader, not just a manager.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Proven experience running a sales-driven organization
  • Prior roofing industry experience (required)
  • Experience building high-ticket residential sales teams
  • A track record of developing top-producing salespeople
