Job Summary
This program is fast‑paced and touches every aspect of the business unit. In this role, you will acquire proven industry knowledge, skills and resources to develop your relationship building. We allow you to carve out your own career path and promote from within based on performance. Although the program is scheduled for 18-24 months, it can be completed in as little as 12 months.
The incumbent will be assigned to operational and administrative tasks in support of location and regional management. Essential Functions- Handling the sales and process for inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation
- Maintain current and accurate data within the company’s marketing database
- Responsible for generating rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads
- Manage all rental asset processes to include vehicle PM and cleanliness standards
- Meet overall Ryder market share by successfully executing the sales and marketing initiatives
- Maintain compliance with company, local, state, federal and other regulatory agencies
- Reconcile all customer concerns, issues and disputes to maintain ongoing relationships and grow the current customer base
- On a voluntary basis and based on scheduling, the Rental Management Trainee will be required to perform the role of On-Call Representative as determined by Supervisor.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar related degree
- One (1) year or more customer service with issue resolution experience preferred

Compensation InformationSalary ranges are influenced by candidate experience, education, location, and market data. The position may be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long‑term incentive plan based on level and/or type.
