Adept at troubleshooting complex issues, collaborating with cross functional teams, and delivery timely, high-quality repairs in alignment with DOT and company standards.

- Strong Verbal and Written Communication
- Perform inspections, diagnostics, and full-scale repairs on refrigeration units and APUs for a wide range of commercial fleet vehicles.
- Collaborate daily with Service Writers, leadership team, the parts department, drivers, vendors, and customers
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to explain findings and provide recommendations.
- Submit accurate and timely paperwork, ensuring every job is documented to company standards.
- Requires a high school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
- DOT Physical Certified
- Technical degree or certification is a plus
