University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls is hiring a Facilities Mechanic III to maintain student apartments, residence halls and dining centers. You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry tasks under supervision, ensuring spaces are safe, functional and comfortable.
Minimum qualifications include four years of craft experience with at least two years in the same trade; a State of Iowa license (Electrical, Plumbing or Mechanical) is preferred.
