Shuttle drivers are responsible for safely transporting the route trailer they are assigned to the appropriate domicile location prior to the route leave time as assigned by schedule. Shuttle drivers will, prior to departure, collect all necessary documents for the appropriate route driver they are servicing, i.e., invoices, messages, credits from said driver’s mailbox. Upon arriving at domicile location shuttle drivers will transfer appropriate documents to the domicile driver’s tractor and collect all documents left from the prior day’s route, bringing them back to the distribution center.

Shuttle drivers will also be responsible for taking supplies such as carts and envelopes to domicile drivers as needed.

The shuttle driver starts their shift in Cedar Falls anytime between 7:00 pm and 10:00 pm (depending on route) Sunday through Thursday nights. The average driver works 8‑12 hour days and currently averages 40‑50 hours per week. Shuttle routes work evening/overnight/early morning hours.

• Class A CDL is required.
• Good driving record.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Availability to work evenings, nights, early mornings and weekends as required.
