Class A CDL Regional Truck Driver - CDL Graduates

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers, including recent driving school graduates, to operate 53' dry van trailers on a Central Great Lakes regional account. This position is 100% no-touch, primarily drop-and-hook freight, and includes a structured training period for drivers with limited experience.

• Estimated weekly pay: $1,000–$1,400 (varies by experience and miles)
• Pay per mile: $0.56–$0.64 depending on experience
• Stop pay: $25 per stop; short‑haul pay: $25
• Trainee pay: $650 per week for 4–6 weeks (for drivers with under 6 months’ experience)
• Monthly bonus: $0.06 per mile for drivers who exceed 8,200 miles in the month, maintain no accidents, and achieve fuel economy of 7 MPG
• Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off

• Operating lane:
  Central Great Lakes regional area
• Equipment: 53' dry van; 100% no‑touch freight; majority drop‑and‑hook
• Typical weekly miles: approximately 2,500 miles
• Schedule:
  
  home at least every other week; many drivers get home more frequently
• Structured OTR training with a trainer for drivers with limited experience

• Age 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL
• Graduated from an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours)
• Fairly clean driving record with no at‑fault accidents, major tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years
• No DUIs in the last 5 years. No more than 1 in a lifetime
• Cannot have been terminated from last job
• Solid 10‑year work history with no major gaps outside of school or training; minimum 6 months of employment in the last year or at least 1 year in the last 3 years
• Must be able to pass both urine and hair pre‑employment drug screens
