Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Cedar Falls, IA, offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a rewarding driving career.

• Solo Miles Pay: $0.56 per mile (2,500 miles per week)
• Solo Stops Pay: $13.00 per stop (7 stops per week)

  No touch – retail merchandise
• Ryder trains drivers on all required equipment
• We reimburse costs and provide training support for endorsements

• Safely drive a commercial vehicle while complying with DOT regulations and safety standards
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules
• Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards
• Maintain accurate records and logs
• Load/unload freight or assist as required by customer
• Other tasks as assigned

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder drug test
• Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last three years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle: 9 months within past 3 years, or 2 years within last 5 years, or 5 years within last 10 years
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures

Some positions require additional screening, including employment and education verification, motor vehicle records check, a road test, and/or customer‑specific background or badge requirements.
