Warehouse Associate / Forklift Driver

Starting at $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Saturday through Tuesday
• 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Overtime available as needed

We are hiring a dependable and highly skilled Warehouse Associate / Forklift Driver to support daily operations in a fast-paced department. This role requires strong forklift experience, attention to safety, and the ability to handle physically demanding work.

• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment with a high level of skill and precision
• Load and unload trucks efficiently and securely
• Move, stack, and organize materials throughout the warehouse
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report issues promptly
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts
• Follow all safety, GMP, and company guidelines
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals

• 3–5 years of continuous forklift experience required (must be highly proficient)
• Prior warehouse or distribution experience preferred
• Ability to perform heavy lifting on a regular basis (50+ lbs)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Fast-paced warehouse setting
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and heavy lifting
• Exposure to varying temperatures depending on work area
