Build Projects That Keep Texas Moving

At Highway Intelligent Traffic Solutions (HITS), we deliver critical transportation infrastructure throughout Texas, including traffic signals, intelligent transportation systems (ITS), fiber optic networks, roadway lighting, communications systems, and electrical infrastructure.

We are seeking an organized, field-oriented Project Manager who thrives on building strong customer relationships, supporting field teams, and delivering successful projects from start to finish. This role offers a unique blend of office and field responsibilities, requiring someone who enjoys solving problems, collaborating with people, and maintaining visibility on active jobsites.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable meeting with owners and contractors, reviewing project financials, walking a jobsite with a superintendent, or helping a foreman solve an operational challenge. If you enjoy taking ownership of projects, working closely with field operations, and making a direct impact on project success, we'd love to hear from you.

The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, financial performance, and successful delivery of assigned construction projects.

Working closely with customers, field leadership, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, the Project Manager helps ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements.
