- Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly

- Master’s degree
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to maintain clean background, drug screening, and driving record
- Student‑loan repayment program for existing loans (up to $24,000 total – $1,000 per month)
