Starting Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 / hour (Based on Experience) + Opportunities for Raises Every 6 Months

  Enjoy the stability of a centralized clinic home with no evening or weekend requirements. Work a predictable daytime routine from 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday (with occasional team meetings extending to 5:00 PM).
• Zero In-Home Driving: Say goodbye to driving between client homes, unpaid travel time, and wear-and-tear on your vehicle. You work at one resource-rich clinic facility every day.
• Direct Clinical Mentorship: Secure your supervision hours and advance your skills in a supportive clinic environment working closely alongside collaborative, accessible BCBAs.
• Semi-Annual Raises: Clear, structured performance and compensation evaluations every 6 months to ensure your baseline pay scales naturally with your clinical expertise.

What to Expect:

As an RBT working one-on-one with children with Autism in a clinic setting, you will:

• Run individualized procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication.
• Support the acceptance of neurodiversity, provide compassionate, assent-based care, and truly prioritize the wants and needs of your clients.
• Use a tablet to collect session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes.

Who You Are:

• Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB.
• The Mindset: You are passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, dedicated to patient success, and thrive in a collaborative, team-focused clinical setting.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from the clinic daily.
• Physical Stamina: Ready to stay active! You must be able to sit, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move or run quickly when necessary to engage at a child's level and maintain strict safety protocols.
