Starting Pay: $19.00 – $24.00/hr (Certified RBTs) | $18.00 – $19.00/hr (Paid RBT Training Provided)

Schedule: Full-Time, Mon–Fri | 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM (Occasional meetings to 5:00 PM)

• Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to learn (
  no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!).
• Mindset: Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, compassionate, and ready to thrive in a team-focused setting.
• Physical Ability: Agile and energetic! Able to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, transition quickly, and move actively to safely engage children at their eye level.
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to the Cedar Hill clinic daily.
