HR Generalist – Cedar Hill, TX
As a key member of our Shared Services team, you will support a variety of HR and operational functions across the company. You will maintain high levels of communication, confidentiality, and professionalism in day‑to‑day interactions with employees and other departments. This full‑time, on‑site position requires flexibility and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Record Management – ensure smooth transitions for employees across various stages of their journey with the company, including documentation and processing of employment status changes and maintaining electronic files.
- Full‑Cycle Recruiting – manage the recruiting process from posting to pre‑employment screenings.
- Onboarding & Offboarding Support – schedule start dates, facilitate orientation, conduct exit interviews, and process related paperwork.
- Communication and Coordination – act as the central point of contact for employee inquiries and coordinate HR processes across departments.
- Additional Duties – support other HR‑related functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, benefits administration, or projects as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred; 2–5 years of equivalent experience may substitute for a degree.
• Valid driver’s license approved for airline travel and/or valid passport is ideal but not mandatory.
• Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint experience required.
• Experience using HRIS systems (ADP preferred), applicant tracking systems, and project management software such as , Smartsheets, or Asana highly preferred.
• Self‑motivated team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and meets deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills and unwavering confidentiality.
• Reliable transportation, adherence to company safety rules, and ability to travel between Dallas‑area locations.
• Lift and carry up to 10 lbs; routine walking, bending, stooping, and sitting; sit at a desk and/or computer for extended periods.
• Work with others in a professional manner and prioritize workload under pressure.
Work under the supervision of the HR Manager.
