All of our volunteers must first pass a background check, complete their volunteer packet, and attend orientation. All volunteers are needed; yet, WE DO NOT ACCEPT WALK-IN VOLUNTEERS. See below for more details of the position.
We need a 'Man Friday', someone we can call and depend on to handle simple repairs and maintenance around the center. Some of the needs include but are not limited to:
- Minor household repairs, inside and outside
- Car maintenance
- Handywork, painting, plastering
- Friendly persona, and serving others are vital
- A background check (requires a $10 donation submitted through the link below)
