Provide people leadership including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and terminating; develop associates and manage staffing and scheduling.;
Lead the overall store experience and ensure exceptional pet parent and associate experiences, safety, and compliance with policies.;
Drive business results through profitability, labor and inventory management, and reporting to leadership; execute store-level P&L objectives.;
Collaborate with store leadership on community events and partnerships, including local adoption groups.;
Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and code of ethics; manage safety and risk through monitoring and coaching.
