Overview

Join Sprouts Farmers Market as a Produce Clerk and help customers make healthy choices while delivering exceptional service in a fast‑paced, friendly environment.

• All produce is farm fresh and must be handled, prepared, and merchandised to deliver the highest level of customer service.
• Stock the Produce department, including presentation, facing, filling, and organization of all product items according to schematics, while ensuring tag and pricing accuracy.
• Maintain inventory control and product freshness, rotating merchandise and performing trimming, watering, and merchandising tasks.
• Answer customer questions in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. and moving carts up to 20 feet.
• Adhere to all safety, health, OSHA, and Weights & Measurements regulations and any other related duties.

• Be at least 16 years old.
• Dependable with flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Show respect and maintain a high‑level code of ethics within Sprouts’ culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Positive attitude with strong communication skills and ability to take direction and work in a team environment.
• Ability to perform repetitious activities, multi‑task, prioritize, and stay organized.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs. and walk up to 5 miles during an 8‑hour shift.
• Adhere to all safety, health, OSHA, and Weights & Measurements regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
