Position: Assistant Store Manager (Full-time) - Cedar Hill, TX

Assist Store Manager in controlling assets and implementing action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling;
Supervise store operations in Store Manager's absence and direct staff to meet department goals;
Participate in personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation; provide guidance to employees and customers across departments;
Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability; communicate inventory movement and customer trends to Store Manager;
Deliver exceptional customer service and promote merchandise in store; uphold company policies and procedures
