Employment Terms

Hourly wage: $19.5 - $32.5 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives, and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Apparel associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs. They move incoming merchandise into the sales floor, and maintain clothing racks, tables, and displays in proper order throughout the day.
