Position: AE - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)
American Eagle -  - Responsibilities:
Execute Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates; ensure the store is guest ready through replenishment.;
Train and coach the Floorset team, set clear productivity goals, and ensure areas of the store are executed to Floorset standards.;
Maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments and replenishment to keep the store looking fresh.;
Identify merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to plan and take action.;
Maintain store safety standards on the Sales floor and in the Stockroom; commit to shrink-reducing strategies and adhere to policies.
