Your Role

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you’re proud of it! You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest.

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day, providing every guest a great shopping experience. Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests, educate on AE & Aerie products, introduce the loyalty program, and maintain an innovative problem‑solving mindset. Flex between Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with guests and help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a friends‑first mindset.
• Educate guests on product details and make product suggestions that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex between the Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy.
• Assist your team in getting the job done.
• Adhere to AEO policies and procedures, acting with integrity.

• You love interacting with people.
• You are full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• You are available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays).

• You have worked in retail before.

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
