- Fulfill customers' merchandising needs through communication and relationship building
- Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
- Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
- Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
- Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
- Order product via iPad tablet for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions
- Implement Mondelēz’ merchandising guidelines
- Ensure sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed
- Communicate issues with Mondelēz’ management team
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
- Represent Mondelēz in stores with a positive and upbeat attitude
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs.
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25 miles range from the primary location (Cedar Hill, TX)
- Schedule availability required:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday; start by 5 am
Demonstrates strong relationship-building and communication skills to fulfill merchandising needs while adhering to company guidelines. Capable of managing in-store displays and optimizing product visibility to enhance sales performance.
