Vital Care of South Dallas is hiring an Account Executive to drive referral growth in a rapidly expanding home infusion market. This is a relationship-driven, consultative healthcare sales role focused on building strong partnerships with:
- Case managers
What You’ll Do:
Develop and grow referral sources within the territory, strategically pursue new business opportunities, collaborate with clinical and intake teams, track activity and manage accounts professionally, operate with integrity and full regulatory compliance.

- Healthcare experience preferred but not required
- Sales and marketing experience preferred but not required

Competative base salary based on experience.
Strong, uncapped commission plan tied to effort (referral source touches) for the first 90 days and results (referrals on service) thereafter.
This role reports directly to ownership and offers strong income upside as the territory grows.
