Whatto Expect
- On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options; your drive and passion for helping people will shine.
- Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Work a schedule between 9 am and 9 pm, including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules are available two weeks in advance.
- Adapt to a fast‑paced environment; flexibility and openness to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and ways to meet customer needs.
- Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? Training, coaching, and tools will be provided to help you meet and exceed your goals.
Our Retail Sales Consultant’s earn between $16.17 – $19.18 per hour plus $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, top sellers can earn $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary may vary by geography, experience, expertise, and education or training.
