• Performing general mechanical tasks on aircraft and related systems.
• Removal and installation of panels and components.
• Troubleshooting and problem‑solving aircraft system/component issues.
• De‑fueling aircraft.
• Engine removal and installations.
• Operating ground support equipment.
• Inspection and evaluation of the aircraft and components.
• Aircraft movement and assistance in performance runs/taxiing.
• Maintenance and repair of shop facility, equipment and tooling.
• Basic computer skills to navigate electronic training, manuals, and maintenance databases.
• Effectively and clearly communicate (speak, write, read) in English.
• Any other job‑related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

A high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver’s license approved for airline travel and/or a valid passport is ideal, but not mandatory.

• Airframe or Powerplant license is required. Airframe license preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in aviation maintenance, avionics, or similar.
• Technicians have limited to moderate knowledge of general maintenance aspects and require close supervision.

• 2–4 years of experience working in aviation maintenance.
• Experience working on corporate aircraft is preferred but not essential.
• Technicians have considerable knowledge of the job and general maintenance aspects; require general supervision.

• Airframe license required;
  Powerplant license highly preferred.
• 4–6+ years’ experience in aviation maintenance.
• Experience working on corporate aircraft highly preferred but not essential.
• Technicians have full knowledge of general, detailed, and special assignments in aircraft maintenance.

• Airframe and Powerplant license required.
• 6+ years’ experience in aviation maintenance.
• Must have extensive experience on corporate aircraft platforms.
• Subject matter expert in all areas of the job.

We’re looking for team players who are self‑motivated and able to perform in a fast‑paced environment with specific deadlines and time constraints.

Attend work every day as scheduled, including overtime and weekend assignments. Notify supervisor in advance if unable to work. Must have reliable transportation and perform all work in accordance with FAA guidelines, company and safety rules, and maintain customer‑oriented work habits.

Lifts 50 lbs.; routine walking, bending, squatting or sitting; routine or repetitive motion with arms and hands; climb ladders and stairs, work in small restricted areas; standing for long periods.

Understanding and implementation of regulations and guidelines; troubleshoot or evaluate system operation; work with others professionally.

Work under supervision of assigned Team Leader and Director of Maintenance; may be directed to supervise other technicians.

Performed in a hangar environment with extreme temperature variations; work outside during aircraft runs; varied positions around the aircraft.

Personal hand tools; pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical equipment; jacks, stands, lifts and other support devices; tugs, power carts and other engine‑powered equipment.
