Childcare Bus Driver

Job Description

We are seeking a bus driver to transport children and support classroom activities at Child Development Schools.

As a childcare bus driver, you will ensure safe transportation of children to and from our facilities. In addition to your driving duties, you may serve as a teacher, helping children thrive by guiding them, planning engaging activities, and cultivating strong partnerships with parents through open communication.

• At least 21 years old, hold a CDL, and meet Oklahoma bus driver credentials, including background check, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and child passenger safety training.
• Genuine empathy and understanding of children’s needs and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs.
• Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
