Job Description
We are seeking a bus driver to transport children and support classroom activities at Child Development Schools.
Your Role as a Bus DriverAs a childcare bus driver, you will ensure safe transportation of children to and from our facilities. In addition to your driving duties, you may serve as a teacher, helping children thrive by guiding them, planning engaging activities, and cultivating strong partnerships with parents through open communication.
Responsibilities- Transport children safely to and from facilities.
- Assist in guiding young learners.

- At least 21 years old, hold a CDL, and meet Oklahoma bus driver credentials, including background check, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and child passenger safety training.
- Genuine empathy and understanding of children’s needs and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs.
- Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
