The shipping and receiving associate verifies and maintains accurate records on incoming, stocking, and outgoing shipments, and prepares items for shipment. The role is essential to our distribution network and expects problem‑solving and continuous‑improvement skills.

• Safely, accurately, and efficiently load and unload products.
• Verify received products against packing lists.
• Store products to appropriate category shelves.
• Determine the best packing method to ensure adequate protection during transit.
• Use the Transportation Management System (TMS) to select shipping mode and freight carrier for shortest lead time and lowest cost.
• Use the ERP system (Epicor‑Prelude) to maintain inventory accuracy and data integrity.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and investigate root causes of problems.
• Make recommendations to improve processes and work environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Forklift experience or able to be trained and certified.
• Prior warehouse, shipping, and/or distribution experience preferred.
