Job Summary
Humano is seeking detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Clerks to support daily warehouse operations by investigating inventory issues, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accurate order processing. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, working with data, and collaborating with warehouse teams to keep operations running efficiently.
This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties and focuses on identifying root causes, researching inventory issues, and maintaining accurate warehouse records.
Schedule: Hiring 16 Full-Time Associates for 1st and 2nd Shift
Pay
- 1st Shift: $19.00/hour
- 2nd Shift: $19.50 - $20.30/hour
- Investigate missing, damaged, or misplaced inventory.
- Research and resolve inventory discrepancies using warehouse management systems.
- Troubleshoot barcode and scanning errors to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Research customer and warehouse orders to identify and resolve issues.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain inventory records.
- Monitor inventory movements and assist with reconciliation activities.
- Maintain reports, spreadsheets, and operational documentation.
- Utilize Excel, SharePoint, Smart Sheets, and other warehouse systems to track and resolve issues.
- Communicate with warehouse associates, supervisors, and leadership to resolve operational concerns.
- Assist with onboarding documentation, schedules, rosters, and other administrative functions as needed.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying recurring issues and recommending process improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
- Previous warehouse administrative, inventory control, problem-solving, or operations support experience preferred.
- Experience researching inventory discrepancies or order issues is highly desirable.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel is required;
SharePoint and Smart Sheets experience is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable working with warehouse management systems and computer applications.
