Part Time Concierge

MBK Senior Living -  - Responsibilities:
Greet residents, families, visitors, and prospects with a friendly, professional demeanor and create a welcoming first impression;
Direct inquiries, coordinate tours, and support sales to ensure a smooth experience for residents, families, and guests;
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously, providing accurate information;
Respond to questions and requests from residents and families and coordinate with other departments when needed;
Maintain knowledge of daily activities and resident services to answer inquiries and share information proactively
